ABOUT TBI
Our Story
The Beauty Initiative began in 2018 as a small eyelash extension business built from the ground up. Through dedication, continuous education, and a strong passion for the industry, the business steadily grew while maintaining a focus on quality care and meaningful client relationships.
Over the years, extensive masterclasses, certifications, and advanced trainings helped expand the scope of practice. In 2024, the brand was restructured to reflect its growth into medical aesthetics.
Today, The Beauty Initiative provides aesthetic services across Toronto and the GTA, collaborating with a network of trusted professionals and multidisciplinary clinics. Through partnerships, services such as IV vitamin therapy are also offered in downtown Toronto.
Alongside treating clients, the practice now supports and mentors nurses entering the field. At the core of everything is a commitment to building lasting relationships and treating every client with care, trust, and respect.
