REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Beauty Initiative, we are committed to transparency, professionalism, and client care. Please review the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking services or making a purchase.

1. Consultations

Consultations are provided to assess eligibility, goals, and treatment options. Booking a consultation does not guarantee treatment.

Consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.

2. Medical Aesthetic Services

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, all services are final once rendered.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Change of mind after treatment

  • Individual variation in outcomes

  • Temporary side effects or expected healing responses

All treatments are performed following consultation, informed consent, and professional standards. Individual results may vary.

3. Packages, Memberships & Treatment Plans

Packages, memberships, and prepaid treatment plans are non-refundable.

Unused portions of packages may not be redeemed for cash or transferred unless otherwise stated in writing. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of The Beauty Initiative.

4. Deposits

Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied toward the scheduled service if the appointment is attended as booked.

5. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

6. Educational Programs, Courses & Digital Content

All educational programs, courses, mentorships, workshops, digital content, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Enrollment does not guarantee certification, licensure, or employment outcomes.

7. Retail Products & Gift Cards

Retail products are final sale unless defective.

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of The Beauty Initiative. Any approved exception must be documented in writing.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting The Beauty Initiative may result in termination of services and future booking privileges. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns professionally.
