    Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Pre-Treatment Instructions

    -Stay well hydrated for 24–48 hours before treatment

    -Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours

    -Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (unless prescribed) for 7–10 days

    -Avoid anti-inflammatory medications prior to treatment if possible

    -Eat a light meal before your appointment

    -Do not book if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have an active infection

    PRP Aftercare

    -Expect mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising

    -Avoid touching or washing the treated area for 12–24 hours

    -Avoid makeup for 24 hours (face/undereye treatments)

    -No exercise, alcohol, or heat exposure for 24–48 hours

    -Avoid anti-inflammatory medications for 48–72 hours

    -Stay well hydrated to support healing and results

    What to expect:

    -Results develop gradually as collagen and tissue repair is stimulated

    -Best results appear over 4–12 weeks

    -A series of treatments may be recommended depending on the area

    IV Drip Therapy Pre-Treatment Instructions

    -Inform your provider of all medical conditions, medications, supplements, and allergies

    -Do not book if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you are feeling unwell or have an active infection

    -Wear comfortable clothing with easy access to the arms

    IV Drip Therapy Aftercare

    -Mild soreness, bruising, or redness at the IV site is normal

    -Keep the IV site clean and dry for 12–24 hours

    -Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours
